SMS blacklist refers to the fact that some numbers have been blacklisted by communication operators due to complaints, power outages, or too many SMS messages. Messages to blacklisted numbers are generally blocked.
How is the SMS blacklist generated?
1) Those who have complained to the operator before, such as 10086, 10010, 10000 complaints, may be blacklisted by the operator;
2) There is an unsubscribe history, such as the reply contains T, TD, unsubscribe or cancel instructions. Refuse to receive SMS;
3) The user of this number has complained to 12321 or the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
